Terms and Conditions pertaining to ordering items and placing bids in auctions organized by WinBid are as follows.

You will be entitled to place bids to any merchandise introduced for bidding, following the payment of due fees.

In order to be eligible to place bids, customers must agree to our terms and conditions, which are mentioned below.

WinBid highly recommends that you read all Terms and Conditions carefully, as they may be subjected to change without prior notification.

Customers must refrain from uploading or transferring any type of codes or programs, including but not limited to those with malicious intentions.

Services offered by WinBid must not be utilized for any sort of unauthorized activities, including but not limited to illegal measures.

Your services will be promptly terminated if you fail to abide by the rules and regulations pertaining to the contests.

WinBid retains the right to terminate services of any person, at any given time, due to any cause at the discretion of the Company.

Customers are advised not to depend entirely on our website to be acquainted with the contest or any other information, in order to take necessary decisions. You are highly encouraged to consultone of our representatives for more details.

We have provided you with the necessary facilities to conveniently obtain clearer and more descriptive information.

WinBid is not responsible for reimbursing the costs incurred by contestants pertaining to our auctions.

Following the conclusion of a contest, WinBid rewards the winner who has submitted the lowest and unmatched bid, which officially relieves WinBid of any further responsibilities and obligations.

It is mandatory for all customers who volunteer to place bids following the registration to purchase a bidding pack.

Customers can purchase any amount of bidding packs per contest, as they wish.

All customers must be above 18 years of age and those who under 18 years must have parental permission.

At the end of an auction, the winner will be awarded the prize, and the winner must agree to provide a photo taken at the event to the WinBid advertisers.

At the end of an auction, the winner’s name will be posted on the winner’s page of the website with the winning (lowest and unique) bid. Winners will also be officially notified by Attrex.

All the web pages and relevant bodies under WinBid brand name already protected under copyrights act in Sri Lanka and stealing or copying of any data or information will be considered as breaching of laws. It will be a violence against the law and will be act upon it.
